"Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when
I will fulfill the promise
I made to the house of Israel and the house of Judah. In those days and at that time
I will cause a righteous branch to spring up for David, and
He shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will dwell securely. And this is the name by which it will be called: "
The LORD is our righteousness."

Matt,
Just wanted to tell you something. I have been paying attention to Joseph Prince and I like what I'm hearing. I'm also liking what I'm reading. I read a chapter in 'Destined to Reign' and he talks about condemnation. He made some awesome points. I hope to get my mind around this sooner or later.
Hehe. I would like to say I've gotten to a point where I've gotten my mind around it. But grace is still so foreign to my mind. It isn't the world's way of doing things. The world rewards the best. It rewards the worthy, the hard working, the talented. Not so in God's heart. He loves the ugly people. That's the problem people have with grace. Grace goes after the ugly people. The homosexuals, the prostitutes, the greedy, money loving people like tax collectors.
Funny Jesus said it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven, yet Zaccheus was very rich and he was saved. By selling everything he had? Nope. By placing faith in Jesus and his heart was so touched by God's grace that he became generous, because he KNEW he had better treasures waiting for him in heaven.
Also, Jordy...Joseph Prince is very great on grace. I am glad you got his book. I was blessed by it. Continue in God's grace and don't try to fight the enemies lies and doubts he plants. NEVER try and overcome the accusation. Just refuse to let the thoughts enter your mind. You can't fight the devil. That was Jesus' job. You just rest in His victory.
