Matt,

It's kind of funny. My wife smoked and then quit; now she can't stand being around someone who smokes. I never smoked and being around it doesn't bother me.

I liked Nascar when I was your age, but now I don't.

I like most all kind's of music except rap and death metal.

I used to love beer, but God took away my desire to drink it when I got saved.

I loathe people who drive less than the speed limit in the left lane, arrogance, listening to someone chew with their mouths open (also popping gum), mosquitos, and socialism. It isn't an exhaustive list...I don't want to overload the system.

Jamie. =)

Why don't you talk to me? I've been stressed lately. I NEED YOU!

Gary,

I'm the same as your wife. I quit 3 years ago and now I abhor the smell of it. Especially if I am trying to sleep. Actually I didn't even like the smell of when I smoked. But its different when you're the one smoking for some reason.

I'm glad God delivered you from nascar. What a testimony, brother! More can learn from your experience!!!

I agree with rap and death metal. Especially death metal. Its mindless and pointless.

Mosquitoes and smacking! YOU SAID A MOUTHFUL! I'll forgive a child for smacking, but whenever I see a full grown adult smacking, its infuriating.

I'm with you on the middle two. Well, "loathe" isn't the right word for me. There are "a very select few" country songs that I like. Old Garth and Clint, for example. And I'm simply just "not a NASCAR fan."

But I like beer, and I like the smell of cigarette smoke in the air. However, I don't like the smell of cigarette smoke that has gone into clothes and furniture, though, or that's on someone's breath afterwards. There's a difference. :)

But when all is said and done, I'm just having fun and it doesn't matter what I like or don't like. =D

Most of my hatred for these things just come from bad memories. I was very shy and was forced to go some of my mom's friend's houses when they would all drink and watch the race and get loud. I hated it.

I hear ya, bro. Context sure makes all the difference!

Uh oh...Joel capitalized nascar...we don't give it that distinction! ;)

Matt, I've been too busy at work lately...YIKES! But YOU can call me WHENEVER you need me...ALWAYS...ALWAYS.

Do I need to come get you??? You know I will. :)

Well technically it needs to be capitalized because it's an acronym. Only thing is, I'm not sure if it stands for Non Athletic Sport Centered Around Rednecks or North American Secret Conspiracy Against Rednecks. ;)

And actually, I heard it stands for North And South Carolinians Are Rednecks. Booo yah! ;)

By the way, I should say that I got those acronyms from google. :) I'm not clever enough to come up with them myself. And actually one said 'Nearly All South Carolinians Are Rednecks' but I couldn't just single out one of the two of you. :)

MATT!! Joel is raggin' on us! Let's GET HIM!! ;P

I made the mistake of capitalizing THAT word and Matt corrected me, Joel. Lesson learned. :)

And OH YEAH!

As a NORTH Carolinian, I can say that that's TRUE about SOUTH Carolinians! HEEHEE :D
